I joined The Herd (formerly DMB Media Group) around March of 2025 as their first and longest standing operator, when I joined they were labelled as the "bedroom business" within the city of Coventry as it was founded by just two brothers, Paul and Keiran Scanlon, with a very small portfolio of local businesses.

In the initial weeks we were working out of an office the size of a broom cupboard, it was tight, hot, very busy, but we got work done.

Soon after I helped score bigger and bigger clients, tapping into my network and referring business as well as refining sales processes and outreach to sharpen our acquisition strategies.

I touched every single account and operated as their Head of Performance Media, generating results via paid advertising, creating websites optimised for conversion, creating content engineered to captivate and general client consulting.

I led the recruiting effort, finding talent I could refine and train up to automate parts of fulfilment, allowing me to focus on the quality of the service overall rather than racing against delivery deadlines.

In due time we began working with enterprise level clients that served the nation and were turning over multiple millions per month, I would deal with these accounts directly to ensure the highest level of delivery, from eCommerce to solar, racing leagues to entire football clubs, its safe to say I did it all at The Herd, no two clients were ever the same, but they were all always happy with my work.

Prior to joining The Herd, I'd been screwed out of a private equity deal, I chose The Herd as I wanted to show that I am able to grow a business rapidly and provide unrivalled value to any business I operate within.

The above statement came true as we won the "Rapid Riser" award from The Chamber of Commerce on April 24th 2026 after winning "Coventry's Best Marketing Agency" earlier that same week. In under 7 days we'd become a multi award winning agency, a true reflection of my expertise, hard work, experience and uncompromising dedication execution of the highest level.
