Cadris is a real estate Proptech Saas company, founded by Sahil Uddin in London that lets investors underwrite any deal in under 90 seconds. Users paste a Rightmove URL and Cadris instantly generates a full appraisal, yield, cashflow, ROI, LTV, refurb costs, and comps, with AI insights that flag weak assumptions and risks before capital is committed.
Sahil reached out to me to refine the UI / UX of both his website and web app, he had created his app on Loveable and wanted to migrate his code over so that he had full control.
I got straight to work, guiding Sahil to create and push his code from Loveable into a private repository in Github to download, we then opened the code in Cursor and started troubleshooting using Claude to address any and all bugs in the base code.
Once we were happy with the functionality, we had moved from an MVP to a V1 that was production ready and just needed a UI polish and connection to a database (Supabase) to be launch ready.
I used Cursor to edit in app to align the UI / UX to what I scoped out for the landing page to ensure continuity and created / connected Supabase to the project to retain and store customer details and activity for user caching and faster results / searches in the future.
In 1 hour I had a clean landing page (seen below) spun up with Framer.
I now develop and launch updates for Cadris since their launch.
